By accessing or using Metalance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Metalance provides AI solutions, web development, digital marketing, SEO, advertising, branding, and related consulting services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary resources, information, and feedback. Clients must ensure that any materials shared with Metalance do not infringe on third-party rights. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.
Payment terms are outlined in the applicable service agreement. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a service suspension or additional fees. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables. Metalance retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Metalance's proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
Metalance's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from service use.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs.
